We listen to our clients. We engage in an organized and structured dialog, discussing requirements, expectations and project objectives. Our clients have a range of needs and desires that they present to us. Through our team’s diverse experience, we are able to address what should go where, and why. We take the complexity out to make it simple.
It’s about building a design that separates your project from the rest. Our team consists of best-in-class, collaborative individuals from a broad spectrum of industries of previous employment. However, our work goes beyond having a top-notch design team. We spend the bulk of the design stage on working with clients and having them review our processes and the results. The main components are communication, a professional attitude and patience. We also focus on performance-driven designs, and use the latest design software so you can visualize, feel and conceptualize your business environment as you imagined it.
Needs change, and spaces are consistently evolving even after clients move in. Transitioning from a design and development role, we move into a reliable support position. We are available to reconfigure your space and make the right improvements over time.
Organization from the onset is one of the keys to any project. We believe in transparency, and with cloud based tools like Basecamp, Dropbox and Intuit Online, we can share our whole plan for the project with our clients. When everyone understands the process at every section of a project, we can deliver on schedule and exceed expectations.
Prior to any installation, we go on-site for field verification, to confirm what is laid in the plan is what is in fact in the field. We coordinate with property managers, superintendents and electrical and data contractors regarding the installation schedule. Careful attention to detail is invested to protect the building and the floor before any installation. We are always available. Even after installation and our customers are satisfied, our work is not complete until we satisfy our environmental and community responsibilities, including recycling packaging materials and scrap metal, and when possible, donating unwanted furniture to local charities.
